About The Owner

With 30 years of senior care experience, Monica is an expert in her field. She is a graduate of McDaniel College and The Bryn Mawr School for Girls. As an Admissions Director she interacted with many families to help them with their individual transitions. Working in adult day cares, hospitals, rehabilitation and nursing centers gave her the opportunity to develop relationships in the community which put her in the position to serve seniors and their families. When she launched her business more than 10 years ago she became an immediate resource for both social workers and families alike. She is also the creator and host of a podcast for caregivers.
